The amounts payable for 2012 are:

- ¢ 67,612.50 for inactive corporations ($135)
- Companies registered as micro and small enterprises with the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC) are exempt.
The tax must be paid by April 30th of 2012. All payments received will be reflected the following working day. In 2013, the tax will be due in January.
To avoid having to pay the tax, the corporation must be dissolved before July 1st of 2012. Additionally, those holding corporations have until October 1st to transfer assets out of their corporations and into an individual name to avoid paying transfer taxes.
